The roles

- Associate Consultant (2-3 years)
- Consultant (Account Manager) (Aprox 3-5 years)
Executive
Responsibilities
- Undertaking high quality and timely political monitoring that adds value to clients beyond what they can read in the news
- Providing an effective ‘horizon scanning’ function for your account teams, becoming the eyes and ears of your account, particularly in relation to upcoming events, political announcements, debates and industry activity that might affect our clients
- Stakeholder mapping for clients – identifying those politicians, officials and their influencers that determine policy
- Drafting a range of materials from letters and press releases to parliamentary questions and speeches
- Keeping on top of policy developments in a range of sectors, seeking to become an expert in the issues affecting your clients
We are looking for candidates with:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of, and interest in, the UK political landscape, including political campaigning and government priorities
- Previous experience or internships in parliament, agency or inhouse roles would be beneficial
Associate Consultant
Responsibilities
- Undertaking high quality and timely political monitoring that adds value to clients beyond what they can read in the news
- Providing an effective ‘horizon scanning’ function for your account teams, becoming the eyes and ears of your account, particularly in relation to upcoming events, political announcements, debates and industry activity that might affect our clients
- Stakeholder mapping for clients – identifying those politicians, officials and their influencers that determine policy
- Drafting a range of materials from briefings, letters and press releases to parliamentary questions and speeches
- Keeping on top of policy developments in a range of sectors, seeking to become an expert in the issues affecting your clients
- Helping to devise and deliver proactive and reactive political engagement strategies and campaigns
- Supporting new business proposals and pitches
- Ensuring the successful day to day delivery of strategies and tactical plans
- Supporting the growth of the business through marketing activity
We are looking for candidates with:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of, and interest in, the UK political landscape, including political campaigning and government priorities
- Previous experience or internships in parliament, agency or inhouse roles
Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Executing short- and long-term campaigns for your clients, and contributing to the development of their overall communications and public affairs strategies.
- Acting as a day to day contact for clients and establishing a long-term relationship based on their ability to trust in the quality of your judgement and delivery.
- Analysing the news agenda, national politics, local government, proactively spotting opportunities and threats for clients.
- Producing client ready materials that meet the brief set in terms of tone, length and accuracy.
- Project managing accounts, ensuring deadlines are met at every level, from more junior to more senior colleagues.
- Beyond the work that you undertake for existing clients, you will play an important role in the team’s future growth through your contribution to our new business process, helping to identify prospective opportunities, and supporting the development and delivery of pitches.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of, and interest in, the UK political landscape, including local political campaigning.
- Previous experience or internships in parliament, agency or inhouse roles
- Experience in an agency environment developing new business leads and pitching would be beneficial.
- Training and developing junior members of staff.

We currently work a combination of days in the office and work from home.
